You will be responsible for overseeing one on one patient security and the safety of hospital staff within a private hospital setting, working a 4 week rotational roster, 2 weeks day shift, 2 weeks night shift

**What we are looking for**:

- Good customer service and communication skills
- Available to work 3 shifts - 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am
- Ability to be a lateral thinker in solving issues that may arise
- Sound understanding of conflict resolution
- Sound administration and computer skills
- Ability to provide a safe environment for all staff and general public

**To be successful in this role; you will require**:

- Full working rights in Australia
- Current and valid NSW Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Availability to be flexible with the rostering schedules

**Primary duties of the role include**:

- Monitoring CCTV’s.
- Access control
- Patrolling site
- Must be able to perform Morgue patrols when required
- Raising Code Blue when required in a situation where medical assistance is required
- Issuing access cards and keys to the contractors
- Willing to work under high pace environment
- Liaise with site Supervisor on daily basis
- Must be able to assist with car park queries
- Customer service towards staff and visitors
