**About the role at Unilever**

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will be part of the site leadership team and will be developing the overall site strategy, providing HR input and services for management and employees on-site, and interfacing with Head Office services including HR expertise teams.

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Internal Stakeholder Partnership - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters
- Implementation of People and Culture Projects - Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
- Organizational Culture Development - Understand and develop a strong and cohesive organizational culture

- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
