No two days will be the same in the world of HR at Sika Australia. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the overall employee lifecycle and strategic retention plan.
- Interstate Travel is required from time to time.
- Wetherill Park based on site parking available and Hybrid with WFH one day a week.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

**You will be an integral part of Human Resources through the following***:

- Supporting the HR manager on all HR and IR related aspects
- Working collaboratively with Learning & Development on HR/OD projects and initiatives, such as EVP
- Providing HR dashboards, analysis and reporting across our management team on a monthly and annual basis
- Working with internal stakeholders (hands on) to develop strong relationships and offer support and guidance on all employee matters.
- Supporting Managers with Employee and Industrial Relations including disciplinary and grievance investigations and conduct/performance management.
- HR Legal Compliance (Enterprise bargaining agreements and award interpretation)
- Co-ordinate annual salary review process in conjunction with Payroll
- Ensuring that HR is a strategic partner to management and is involved in the decision-making for HR-related matters.

**We Need Your Skills**

**A LITTLE ABOUT YOU**

To be successful within this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience within in a similar role or function.
- Ability to build relationships across the organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly service-oriented
- Intermediate to advanced reporting and MS Office skills.
