A HRBP job for a national family business based in Chatswood, paying $100k + super + $19k car allowance.

**Your new company**
You will be joining an Australian family business that operates in a blue-collar environment. Your new offices will be based in Chatswood.

**Your new role**
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will look after the HR function in a standalone capacity reporting to the HR Manager based in Queensland. In this role you will also work very closely with the NSW & ACT business GM and be responsible for:

- End to end recruitment
- Participating in workforce planning and budgeting
- Providing support on any people related initiatives and projects
- Managing any ER and IR issues, including handling investigations and educating managers on best practices
- Training and development
- Salary benchmarking and reviews
- Developing and rolling out P&P

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your experience in a similar role will lead you to success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Experience working in a blue collar environment
- Knowledge and experience putting in practice HR legislation and best practices
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive rapports with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be Australian citizen, permanent resident or have unlimited full-time working right in Australia
