**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Facilitate requirements gathering and definition between business, strategy, and technology partners to underpin delivery. Support delivery of strategic solutions that achieve necessary business outcomes.
- Detailed knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging formats and industry standards.
- Payments Experience in SWIFT, ISO, IMT, RTGS, STP, GPP
- Agile experience including the use of using key agile delivery tools (e.g. Business Genetics and Jira).
- Influence business and technology investment through interpretation and alignment of Business and Technology Strategies
- Effectively build, influence and proactively manage stakeholder (internal and external) relationships to support business outcomes and deliver to the group architecture standards.
- Consult with Architects, system owners and other interested stakeholders to understand affected systems, processes and constraints, to arrive at options to meet business objectives and requirements.

**Experience**
- Advanced business and technical analysis experience, including payments related projects (ideally with Cross border and High Value Payments).
- Extensively worked on current payments industry initiatives (knowledge of ISO2022 Migration, RTGS, Cross Border Payments, NPP etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Payments messaging standards including ISO 20022, MT messaging formats. Data mapping per the messaging standards.
- End to end understanding of lifecycle if high value payments.
- Understanding of XML's/ XSD's and how the ISO20022 change would impact the systems
- Software and solution delivery lifecycle experience, including payments related projects
- Experience working on technology enabled projects involving complex integration.
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Independently managing business stakeholders and run requirements workshops.
- Advanced knowledge of agile business analysis processes & techniques (i.e. User Stories, Epics, Use Cases), Business process modelling)
