**What you will be doing**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced & attentive Customer Service Officer to work with a passionate, united team to help take our business to the next level. You will own and drive the Customer Service function at Kez’s Kitchen whilst working closely with a supportive and collaborative sales team.

This role will deliver a high level of excellence across all internal and external customer and consumer service. This role is crucial in ensuring business operations run smoothly and our customers are our highest priority. Your drive, initiative and customer centric focus will support the growth phase we are currently experiencing.

Your day-to-day will involve promptly notifying all team members/stakeholders of any supply issues or changes and/or order allocations and be responsible for both the inputting and invoicing of all customer orders.

Kez’s Kitchen is an established FMCG organisation with products in a thriving category.

**About You**:

- You have a minimum of 4 years Customer Service experience.
- You have Intermediate level computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ideally, but not essential, you have a solid understanding of the Food Industry.
- Experience in Ostendo preferred.
- Sound problem solving skills essential.
- You know what great customer service looks like and this drives you.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in dealing with key stakeholders both internally & externally.
- You have an ability to communicate across different levels within the business.
- You are well presented and have a very professional approach towards your role.
- You believe being punctual and reliable are part of your strong work ethic.
- Your attention to detail and high level of accuracy are your strong suits.
- You are self-motivated individual and have the ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
