**Office Administrator/Job Coordinator**
**Full-Time | Brisbane**
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven **Job Coordinator** to join our plumbing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and keeping jobs moving efficiently from booking to completion.
**About the Role**
You will be responsible for planning the day for multiple technicians and ensuring clients receive excellent service. Duties include:
- Scheduling and dispatching plumbing jobs
- Communicating with clients, tenants, builders, and suppliers
- Assisting with quoting and preparing job notes
- Monitoring the progress of jobs
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- Handling certificates, photos, and completion reports
- Following up on outstanding information, variations, or approvals
- Providing administrative support where required
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administration
- Trades or plumbing industry experience (advantage)
- Good computer skills and strong attention to detail
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
