Artisan is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented **Product & Operations Coordinator** to play a pivotal role in delivering operational support to our clinics and administrative assistance to the Product & Ops team

Based in our head office in Albion, this is an exciting position; the core focus of which is to enable our clinicians to deliver our full suite of product and treatment offerings to ensure the best possible results for our clients.

**About You**
- An expert administrator with strong planning and time-management skills who thrives working in a collaborative team environment and a fast-paced organisation
- Commercially minded; naturally focussed on reducing costs and increasing productivity
- Effective communication and consulting skills; confident and comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential and experience using SharePoint is desirable
- Experience in the aesthetic industry is an advantage but not essential
- Passionate about maintaining standards and love the thought of joining a business that is set to take skin-health and wellness to the next level

**The Role**

A critical role in Artisan’s Operations function, this role is responsible for the coordination and purchasing of clinic associated stock and assisting the supply chain function to deliver appropriate inventory control. You will be responsible for managing the repairs and maintenance of clinic equipment, as well as general administrate tasks to support to clinic operations.

It’s important to us that you align with our values, including a desire to provide the best possible results. To achieve this as the Product & Operations Coordinator, your role will include:

- Daily management of group inboxes and tickets within Artisan’s internal ticketing system
- Administration of supplier account setup
- Supporting and facilitating equipment, product and consumable purchasing
- Facilitating regular and ad hoc inventory reporting to manage and mitigate product wastage
- Supporting Artisan’s growth strategies including assisting with introduction of new treatments and supplier consolidation
- Assist in the management of clinic equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure mínimal down time and revenue loss
- Provide extracted client medical records adhering to privacy guidelines as requested
- Delivering a professional standard of customer service to all stakeholders
- Additional ad hoc coordination duties to support the Product & Operations team
