**WHO IS THE PERTH MINT?**

The Perth Mint is a long-standing and iconic Western Australian organisation with a vision to inspire excellence in the precious metals industry. With almost 600 employees, we have a large manufacturing facility in East Perth and a Perth-based Refinery where we refine and create a raft of gold and silver products. These products are sold locally in our retail store and worldwide through our dedicated sales teams.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
You will be part of a fun, dynamic and inclusive contact centre team, operating out of a modern workspace with state-of-the-art facilities located on St Georges Terrace, Perth.

As a motivated and considerate customer service professional, you will be making regular contact to existing Perth Mint customers, verifying information, responding to queries, updating customer records, and analysing data. Although you will be conducting outbound calls, this is a non-sales role.

**SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Reviewing customer data
- Verifying documents against specified criteria and internal policies
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks such as updating tracking metrics
- Become familiar with legal document interpretation
- Complete training and be aware of Privacy obligations
- Achieve individual and team KPI’s
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Participating in a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- Previous experience in contact centre or customer service (desirable)
- Strong computer skills and a confident phone manner
- Strong communications skills (listening, written and verbal)
- Sound research and analytical skills
- Bilingual (highly desirable)
