**About the Role**

Primary responsibilities are to:

- Send out Statement of Fees, process student payments, and issue receipts and refunds.
- Monthly reconciliation of debtor accounts.
- Prepare month-end, year-end, and ad-hoc business reports as required.
- Assist in checking agents’ commission payments.
- Review debtors and reconcile FEE-HELP balances.
- Communicate with students, staff, and external stakeholders in an efficient and courteous manner.

**Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance or equivalent preferred.
- CPA qualified, or working towards CPA, would be an advantage.
- Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
- Proficiency in the organisation and administration of accounts receivable or equivalent financial or administration duties.
- Ability to provide advice and decisions relating to organisational policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of PRONTO interface upload processing, preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to continued professional growth.
- Full-Australian Working Rights.
