**This is a Part Time role (Tuesday & Friday) based at our CBD Sydney office.**

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintain and update recruitment databases and records**

**Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks**

**Support the recruitment team with ad hoc tasks when required.**

**About You**:
**Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration (preferred)**

**Strong communication and organisational skills**

**Familiarity with recruitment software and Microsoft Office e.g. Express, SharePoint, Employment Hero)**

**Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.**

**A team player with a proactive attitude**
