**Key points**
- Full time and casual positions available
- Full time $28.50/hr, casual $35.59/hr PLUS incentives
- Rostering between 8am-10pm Monday-Sunday supporting flexibility and work/life balance
- Comprehensive training and onboarding program to set you up for success
- Padstow based head office with free onsite parking

**The Role**

As a resulted of continued business growth and internal promotions, we are currently seeking experienced and dedicated customer service superstars to join out National Customer Contact Centre. The position responsibilities include:

- Providing a great customer experience to our customers
- Supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries
- Exploring customer needs to ensure we are offering our full scope of services
- Communicating and articulating the features and benefits of booking with O’Brien AutoGlass
