As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads and setting up appointments with potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for promoting our IT services and solutions, and building strong relationships.

The current position starts at one day a week, with the potential for increased hours in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, and following up on inbound inquiries.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our IT products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately record and manage all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience is required, but a can-do attitude is essential. Knowledge of the IT industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
