**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Responsibility for various aspects of the Supplier Reconciliation function, including data entry, reviewing supplier invoices, and updating reconciliation systems.
- Lodging and monitoring disputes with suppliers
- Working closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure all invoices are processed and reviewed
- Meeting month end deadlines by ensuring all invoices are reviewed for approval in a timely manner
- Answering supplier account enquiries

**Skills and Experiences**:
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a similar commercial environment
- Strong administrative, procedural, and organisational skills.
- Must have high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team
