**Digital Marketing Specialist**

An exciting new role has become available in our growing organisation for a Digital Marketing Specialist. Come and join our team and take us to the next level by enhancing our digital marketing strategies. This is a newly established role and would suit someone who loves a challenge and is excited about change.

Myxa Care is a registered NDIS Service provider assisting people with disability, their family, and carers. We deliver individually tailored services to maximise participant choice and control. We aim to support our participants to empower them to achieve their goals and live a full life.

**Your new role**

As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

- Create a wide range of social media and digital content which promotes Myxa Care's supports and services
- Promote Myxa Care and tell our story through real life experiences
- Provide digital marketing solutions support and ongoing maintenance for Myxa Care's website including development, integration and troubleshooting
- Increase engagement across all social media channels
- Improve Myxa Care's search visibility and increase traffic through SEO and SEM
- Communicate with Myxa Care employees, participants and other relevant stakeholders to better understand supports and services
- Support management team to meet quality and compliance requirements
- Complete all reporting activities accurately and on time
- Maintain Confidentially of information pertaining to participants, staff and Myxa Care at all times
- Adhere to Myxa Care’s policies and procedures at all time

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Qualification in relevant field
- Previous experience in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of website creation and management
- Strong understanding of current online and social media marketing concepts, SEO/SEM, digital metrics, and best practice
- Up to date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people, including people with disability
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and task planning skill
- Ability to work without supervision, within guidelines and procedures
- Strong work ethic and initiative
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the NDIS and Disability Sector
- Experience in a comparable position within the disability sector.
