About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a results-focused digital marketer with deep platform expertise and a love for performance marketing. You'll take ownership of our paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, affiliates and more — shaping how Koko Black connects with chocolate lovers across the country.

What you'll do

  • Lead our paid performance strategy across multiple platforms to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns in-platform — from set-up and audience targeting to A/B testing and real-time optimisation.
  • Track, analyse and report on performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) with actionable insights.
  • Support our omnichannel content strategy, including influencer and affiliate programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and customer journeys.

About You

  • A paid social native with proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and more.
  • Confident in using data and analytics to optimise spend and drive performance.
  • Skilled at balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.
  • A proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about innovation, engagement, and delivering measurable results.
