**About the Assignment**

Assist Downstream Commercial areas, by providing contract administration services through to providing assistance with contract development, engaging with legal on contract terms and implementing processes to ensure compliance with contracts.

**Core accountabilities include though are not limited to**:

- Undertake quarterly business risk reviews, update risk register, prepare quarterly risk reports.
- Assist in the implementation of SOCI Risk Management Framework, ensure compliance with SOCI legislation & manage monthly updates for CIA register.
- Support OPL assurance activities by preparing in consultation with OPL the annual assurance plan, track progress against the plan, prepare reports on progress against the annual plan.
- Undertake independent OPL audit work as agreed with OPL Managers and contained in the Annual Assurance Plan including preparing background and supporting documentation for audits and final audit reports.
- Support Risk and Regulatory Manager with _NGL and NGR _compliance; prepare documentation, review compliance processes, and update internal procedures to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of the transparency measures: ensure compliance with GBB reporting. This may require leading the project or supporting project lead.
- Support legal team in relation to data collation and preliminary review for 2-3monthly _ACCC Section 95ZK notices_.
- Annual review of _Service Level Agreements_ as relevant to Risk and Reg, including review of scope. Audit work may involve review of SLAs.
- Assist with review of Tier 1 & 2 approvals - liaise with external legal
- General support to Risk and Regulatory Manager with internal compliance obligations: include prepare for presentations as required and attend external regulatory meetings.
- Engage with other LNG industry professionals.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Commercial, Finance, Economics and Risk Management is essential
- Previous experience implementing regulatory compliance with National Gas Rules and National Gas Laws especially as they relate to GBB reporting and engaging with regulators - is preferred
- Significant experience in compliance and/or risk management in a commercial environment
- Experience in LNG downstream activities ideally with risk management or management consulting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, high-level organization skills and result-orientated
- Exceptional stakeholder management, natural leadership skills and client relationship skills
