**About Your Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Strategy Manager to work within our Strategy Team.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will provide support to manage the day-today operations of the Strategy Team.

You will play a key role in strengthening the organisation by providing direct support to the New Housing Manager and their Team.

**Your Key Focus**
- Lead development of business cases, project scoping documents and market assessments
- Lead and support delivery of key cross-functional initiatives aligned with Scope’s strategic goals
- Provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders based on research, data and insights
- Track and report on strategic project progress, escalating risks where required
- Support annual corporate strategy cycle

**What We Look For**
- Proven experience working with senior leadership and delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in strategy, transformation or project delivery roles within the Community Sector
- Ability to run workshops and present to executive leadership team
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and build a growth mindset with resilience
