**About the role**

Coles eCommerce continues to grow strongly and our strategy team is integral in creating and implementing digital and product strategy to drive value for our customers and the business. As a Strategy Business Partner, you will support the Strategy Managers to design and deliver Coles’ eCommerce strategy

In this role you will be working closely with senior stakeholders including Chief Executives and General Managers across technology, digital and merchandise. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the business, developing the strategic vision and driving the commercial success of our digital products.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide fact-based insight to assist the development and delivery of key business strategies related to digital retail
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business as strategic thought partners and drivers of execution against strategic initiatives
- Make a positive contribution to the development of Coles’ eCommerce Strategy
- Support the development and execution of project plans to deliver against the strategic priorities of the business

**You'll need**
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, product strategy or retail strategy
- Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving (e.g., hypothesis-based problem solving)
- Ability to develop financial models and strategic frameworks
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Experience working in a high-performance team environment
- Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports
