Our Client is a leading Australian healthcare services provider, offering a wide range of products and services to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals across the country.

**Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, your main tasks will include**:

- Actively handling queue calls & processing requests received from various sources- Provide support to internal & external customers- Hold daily team meetings- Assist National Customer Service Manager as required.- Writing employees rosters
- Ensure all transactions are completed with accuracy

**To be successful in this position, you will need**:

- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role- Strong customer service and administrative skills- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Need to be able to adapt to different personalities.- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to train and motivate employees
