**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Assist with training new cleaning staff and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients and respond to any complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Perform all cleaning tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Working with Children Check or ability/willingness to obtain one
- Proven experience in leading a cleaning team, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and be responsible for the output and quality of your work
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning best practices.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
