**About the role**

The primary purpose of the Support Branch Team Leader is to manage and support a team of locally based Customer Service Agents to respond to inbound and outbound call needs, delivering exceptional customer service. Exceptional service involves identifying the best solution to meet a customers’ need.

**About you**
- Demonstrated previous experience in a supervisory role and the ability to delegate tasks and coach others
- Enjoy the coaching of others
- Have experience creating individual development plans based on performance
- Strong problem solving skills
- Planning skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Rostering and scheduling skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
