**Receptionist - Temp Contract - Immediate Start**
- Gosford location
- Temp Contract
- Immediate start, initial 6 month contract with view to extend
- $32ph + super
- Full time - Monday to Friday

We are looking for an engaging, hardworking receptionist to join the team on an initial 6 month contract. You will be working with a friendly and supportive team in a fast paced environment.

A variety of tasks are required to support the team and solicitors as required, including but not limited to:

- Answering incoming calls and greeting clients in a professional and engaging manner
- Organising and setting up meeting rooms
- General administrative duties
- Scanning and photocopying documents
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**About you**:

- Ability to take initiative and support the team where required
- Adaptable and a fast learner with a can do attitude
- Understanding of confidentiality and sensitive issues
- Efficient, confident and hardworking
- Experience in Customer Service or Administration would be highly regarded, and training can be provided for the right person

- Those with strong retail or hospitality experience looking for an opportunity in a corporate environment
- Experienced receptionists or secretaries looking to return to the workforce
