We are seeking a friendly and experienced Casual Medical Receptionist to join our existing supportive and experienced team at our busy GP Practice in Wamberal.

Requirements:


•    Previous experience as a medical receptionist (essential)


•    Proficiency in Best Practice software (desirable)


•    Excellent communication and organisational skills


•    Professional, caring and patient-focused attitude

Responsibilities:


•    Greeting and assisting patients


•    Booking and managing appointments


•    Processing Medicare and private billings


•    Supporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks

Hours: Casual – ability to work some afternoons and evenings.  Flexible availability preferred, with potential for increased shifts.

Excellent remuneration.
