About the Role
A great opportunity exists for an Analytics and Insights Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting into the Analytics & Insights Manager, this role will provide analytical support across Mauri ANZ through the development of simplified, automated reporting focusing on key drivers and metrics relevant to the different business areas. This will require achieving a good understanding of drivers across the business through strong relationships with the broader team. This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract role.
The successful individual will enjoy building strong relationships, understanding business needs and identifying areas for improvement. Main responsibilities of this role include:

- Own governance and maintenance of the Alteryx system
- Utilise Tableau system analytics to drive business outcomes
- Engage with business partners across all functions to support the execution of business intelligence and analytics (BI&A) roadmap through Mauri ANZ
- Independently project managing initiatives with various functional teams
- Actively using data-driven analysis to provide insights to business partners
- Partnering to optimise processes through the utilisation of tools available to Mauri/GWF (e.g., Tableau and Alteryx)

About You
You will have a consultant mindset as this role will mainly be project driven. Experience in delivering highly scalable solutions across a multiple functions and complex combination business environment (i.e., be able to work cross-functionally and businesses with various teams) is desired.
System knowledge in Alteryx and Tableau is essential for this role. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a similar environment/role - Manufacturing, B2B or FMCG organisations.
Most importantly you enjoy working collaboratively with your team and stakeholders. You can operate independently when needed to drive projects.
