**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and maintaining equipment
- Oversee the financial operations of the practice, including billing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
- Hire, train, and manage office team members, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and support team members
- Work closely with the physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of patient care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized office environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, and ensure that the practice is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing a team and company in being a team player
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, partially Microsoft excel
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Ability to provide direct feedback and ability to have difficult conversations (in line with our values)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $34.66 per hour
