We are on the hunt for enthusiastic and talented phone sales wizards to help us achieve our goal: Helping Aussies wineries connect with their members by offering them exclusive deals on their favourites wines

Founded in April 2020, Brunch is a fast-growing company that specialises in growth marketing, social media strategy, conversion optimization, branding, design, and direct-to-consumer sales within the beverage industry. With an expert team of talented creatives, marketing specialists, and wine-loving sales professionals, our mission at Brunch is to be the go-to sales and marketing agency for the beverage industry in Australia and beyond

As these wineries we partner with are trusting us with their most prized possessions - their members - it’s vital to everyone's brand that we be the best ambassadors possible. This means hitting the phones and selling lots of incredible wine, whilst also providing the very best customer service experience.

We pay above the hourly award rate and also include a lucrative, weekly commission structure for our broker team.

What we’re looking for:

- Sales experience: Our top brokers know that this job is about more than just selling wine. It’s about understanding our customers’ tastes and needs, and delivering an amazing experience. That said, at the end of the day it’s absolutely a sales gig and we’re after driven people with a knack for that sort of thang. With an enticing commission structure, industry perks, and weekly incentives, this is an ideal role for those who have a thirst for sales (as well as delish wine).
- Self-drive: You invest in your work and are driven to do good things in an autonomous work environment. You’ll be outbound calling people who’ve signed up to be contacted by their favourite wineries (don’t fret, we’re not interested in cold-calling strangers who have zero interest in wine), however you'll need a thick skin and be willing to hit the phones in a big way.
- Wine enthusiasts: You don’t have to be an expert BUT we're here to inspire the world to drink good wine If you’re a vino novice, it’s no deal-breaker, although you’ll need to have a genuine desire to learn about wine and, most importantly, enjoy chatting about it.
- Good eggs: We pride ourselves on our company culture, which all starts with the people we hire. Brunch is more than a brand, we’re an inclusive, hard-working, supportive team that gets around each other and celebrates the wins As an ambassador of our brand, along with that of the wonderful wineries we work with, there is a lot resting on your shoulders - excellent customer service skills are key.
- Great communicators: You’ll be talking to customers over the phone and leaving detailed notes, so effective written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Computer literacy: We rely on our systems & tech to make calls, process sales, and leave customer notes, so having a general comfortability with Apple computers is also a biggie.
