Craft drinks expert / casual sales manager wanted for new, zero proof Aperitivo Etto. Get us on the menu at Melbourne's leading bars and restaurants, and sold through boutique retailers, bottle-shops and grocers.

Etto is a new, non-alcoholic aperitivo that does not forsake flavour. Extracted, distilled and blended in Byron Bay, Etto is made from a beautifully complex blend of fruits, tea and botanicals to resemble classic apéritifs that are bitter and red wine based.

Etto was formulated by two bartenders, who understand how to create cocktails and have been doing so for many years in award-winning bars.

We need a craft drinks / hospitality expert, to get Etto on the menu at Melbourne's best bars and restaurants, and sold through boutique retailers, grocers and bottle-shops.

You're right for us if; you have hospitality and sales experience, know the Melbourne restaurant and bar scene, are great with people and are passionate about the craft drinks industry.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for;
- Working to achieve monthly sales targets
- Direct sales to bars, restaurants and retailers
- Sharing progress with the Director
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, but the skillset to secure clients virtually
- Deep in Melbourne's food, restaurant and bar scene, and constantly networking and meeting new people

You will have the opportunity to make your mark in a growing industry with an exciting start-up and product.

The successful applicant will come with;
- Experience and great interest in the beverage / hospitality industry
- A network of relationships in hospitality and retail
- Enthusiasm to grow a company and back a new product
- Strong work ethic
- Self driven, with a solutions oriented mindset
