Local council client looking for IT support analyst for a 3-month contract

**Your new company**

**Your new role**
- Ordering equipment
- Coordinating the replacement of equipment
- Instructing staff on how to use their new equipment
- Updating documentation and the asset register
- Clearing data from used equipment
- Analysing equipment to be replaced for the 23/24 PC replacement project

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously each with competing deadlines
- Developed verbal comm ability to liaise with system users, support staff &external service providers to resolve tech issues
- Experience in tasks outside day-to-day operations including Internal IT projects supporting Mobile devices
- Foundation Certificate in ITIL Service management
- Strong customer service philosophy with the ability to act professionally and in a courteous manner at all times
- Well-developed written communication skills with the ability to produce user support, procedural and implementation documents
- Developed verbal comm ability to liaise with staff to instruct on the use their new equipment.
