As our Hip Product Manager, you will take ownership of Corin Australia’s Orthopaedic Hip portfolio and support in the delivery of our strategic marketing plan. Corin is a dynamic, growing, and global business with an approach that is revolutionising Orthopaedics. This role reports into our Global Hip & ANZ Marketing Director and is hybrid with our office located in Pymble Sydney.

**What you will Do**:

- Develop brand business plans in conjunction with the Marketing Manager including driving portfolio reviews, forecasting and defining opportunities
- Launch New Products - creatively working to planning local launches, providing training, managing sales support and marketing materials.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Corin and competitor products and market trends
- Be customer centric by collecting customer insights, understanding client needs and understanding user attitudes and behaviours
- Provide Clinical and Procedural Support to current and potential clients by attending theatre and providing ongoing product training for local Corin staff, surgeons and theatre staff
- Understand the different marketing channel strategies and associated business implications
- Track and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 3+ Years’ experience in Orthopaedic Product Management or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including refined theatre etiquette
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Be results driven with the ability to self-motivate
- Work
- effectively within a team environment and cross functionally with groups including Sales, Research and Development and Operations.
- The ability to strategically plan and forecast accurately
- Creativity is also a key aspect of the role, both in branding and in the evolution of novel marketing techniques
- A bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business or similar
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
