This role is underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in leading integrated, digital and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.

The Account Manager is responsible for running creative and production while working alongside other client service, to drive campaigns from start to finish. They are able to take a brief, question it, manage timelines, budgets, traffic jobs and take ownership and responsibility for each campaign, every step of the way.

What we want to see is a safe pair of hands with a proven track record of running multiple high-profile projects - successfully. Your attention to detail should be faultless, and understand the importance processes and project revenue for the agency.

Most importantly, this role requires a person who has great people skills, is a diplomat with a positive attitude who wants to work with a great team, have fun while doing so, and deliver great creative/award-winning work.

What you will be doing:
Project Set Up:

- Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to completion.
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and timelines.
- Identifying and managing ad hoc opportunities when they arise.

Project Delivery:

- Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resource where necessary.
- Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget.
- Work closely with Digital / TV / Print Producers to unify skills needed to execute integrated campaigns.
- Motivate and manage teams under tight deadlines.
- Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant production processes where necessary.
- Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times.

What you will need:

- Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency.
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- Used to leveraging the experience of video and photography as part of a holistic approach to campaign execution.
- Previous experience of Project Budget Management and Scheduling.
- Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs.
- Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
- Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client and Account Mangers in the life cycle of a digital project.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- Knowledge of creating content for CMSs and E-commerce would be a bonus.
