**Brand Manager - Pharmaceuticals (6-month contract)**

Join Our Team as a Brand Manager in the ANZ Pharmaceuticals Division

**_ Where do you want to go?_**

As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategies for our product portfolio in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and operational marketing plans that not only optimize patient and customer outcomes but also drive our business and financial objectives.

We have a hybrid work environment, 3 days at the Pymble office with access to free onsite, secure parking and close to Pymble train station.

**Marketing Strategy Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans that align with our integrated brand vision. Identify new market opportunities and leverage marketing technologies to enhance customer experiences.

**Marketing Execution and Activation**: Lead the implementation of customer-centric campaigns from start to finish, analysing performance and refining strategies to ensure we meet our goals.

**Analytics & Insights**: Dive deep into market intelligence to understand product performance and customer needs, using these insights to inform future strategies.

**Financial Management**: Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, ensuring we optimize profitability while delivering outstanding results.

**_ Does this sound like you?_**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- A Bachelor degree in a relevant field, complemented by a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Proven expertise in customer-centric marketing strategies and a strong understanding of the healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for building relationships across various teams and external partners.
- A self-starter, who has a performance and results orientated mindset
