Liaise with 20 plus sales branches, 120+ consultants brokers and member of Award Mortgage Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a guide and review on loan products and pricing;
- Contributing to improving team service level;
- Monitoring team performance;
- Identifying team knowledge gaps and providing training;
- Identify and pursue business development through working with internal teams across global offices;
- Manage month-end review activities, internal/external reporting requirements and audit requests;
- Ensure all activities comply with accounting standards, company policy and all relevant legislation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experience of 40 people team management;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet required deadlines;
- Strong management skills and an ability to work with people;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
- Full work rights in Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
