Real Flow is looking for a Lending & Operations Analyst
to take a lead role in reviewing and improving our lending workflows while enhancing operational efficiency across the business. You'll combine analytical insight with hands-on operational management, working closely with the Head of Operations to ensure both service excellence and business improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse lending and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement changes to workflows, systems, and policies to improve productivity and compliance.
  • Manage the end-to-end loan processing function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence in support to the head of operations.
  • Prepare reports on operational and lending performance, presenting recommendations to management.
  • Support the delivery of change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve process issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Mentor junior staff and promote best practice in lending operations.

  • Experience in lending operations, loan processing, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record in process improvement.
  • Understanding of compliance and quality assurance requirements in lending.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
