**About the Company**

We are seeking an multiple experienced Call Centre Operators to join a large NSW government organisation based in Parramatta. This role will be full time in the office for the first 4 weeks of training and then will be hybrid work from home. This is a 6 month contract paying $32.16 per hour + super.

**About the Role**
- Provide high quality generalist service as the first point of contact for customers.
- Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledge to transfer customers to appropriate contact centre specialists in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Undertake administrative work as required to support the provision of high quality service delivery

**About You**
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
