**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Group People & Culture Manager, this newly created role is responsible for the overall coordination and day-to-day support of the business through HR-related activities from new starters to termination instructions. The HR Generalist will organise monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive program data collection, maintain company materials, such as the organisational chart, and prepare employment documentation such as contracts and award level changes. Based at either their CBD office or their Northern Suburbs site, this role is also responsible for the development, standardisation, and maintenance of policy and contract documentation.
