3-month assignment for an experienced HR Generalist to joing an SA Gov department located in the Adelaide CBD.

**The role**

We are looking for an experience HR Generalist to fulfill a 3-month assignment with a government department on a full-time basis. The remuneration will be at an AS05 level. This role will be commencing immediately and based in their Adelaide CBD office with the option to work from their Glenside office occasionally.

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;**
- Review, update and consult on HR related policies and procedures
- Work closely with managers and employees to provide HR advice and support on HR legislations, regulations and policies
- Provide advice and support on talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, change management and employee relations
- Provide mentoring services to line managers to develop their skills to effectively manage their team
- Participate in and/or lead special HR projects

**To be successful in this role;**
- You will have a solutions-focused mindset with the ability to deliver suitable outcomes
- Appropriate qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
- Previous experience in a HR Generalist role is a must
- You will have sound knowledge of HR management practices, legislations, policy, procedures and initiatives
- You must be able to develop and maintain key relationships with colleagues, managers and stakeholders in a confident manner
