**About Our Client**:
Our client leads the Australian government's efforts to protect sport against threats to its integrity - doping, competition manipulation and the mistreatment and abuse of sports participants. They offer guidance on integrity matters to sports that don't have developed integrity capabilities. Their focus is policy development, intelligence, investigations (primarily of doping cases), education, outreach and capability building. They are Australia's National Anti-Doping Organisation.
The key responsibilities of the Executive Officer are:
- Providing high level support, including the preparation, and writing of quality briefing material and talking points, reports, presentations, submissions, and other correspondence relating to culture and cultural safety
- Incorporating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' voices, experiences and perspectives in key work and initiatives
- Engaging in research and projects around culture and safety, and undertaking other agency wide tasks, as directed
- Mentoring staff and setting the tone for a strong, inclusive, and diverse culture through the highest levels of integrity

- Have the ability to coordinate staff
- Assist in developing new policies
- Maintain effective client relationships
- Be an analytical thinker with strong organisational skills.
