Venues are open 7 days all year. Our food is focused on fresh and local produce. Our drinks focus on craft cocktails, craft beers, organic wines and specialty coffee.

We have exciting plans for a renovation of Cafe Le Monde next year.

We are looking for the right person to join our team on a permanent basis and manage the bar at Café Le Monde.

**About the role**:

- Full-time role

- Open 7 days a week, day's & night's

- Storeroom Management & Stock Control
- Wine Service, Wine Cellar & system management
- GP management

**About you**:

- 2 years' management experience
- Outstanding customer service is a minimum
- Availability for a 7-day roster, daytime & evening work
- Proven experience in bar operations & beer reticulation
- Specialty Coffee Barista skills (shot knowledge and consistent latte art). Note - latte art will be tested
- Proven record of precise stock management
- Extensive beer & cider knowledge
- Superb cocktail knowledge
- Confident beverage professional with strong knowledge of organic and bio-dynamic wines and food pairing
- Current RMLV
- Knowledge of audio/visual systems including TV & PA systems
- Proven Ability to manage Dj's and promotion
- Ability to think strategically, work to a plan and drive the business forward
- A “can do” attitude

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
