Preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (tap beer, post mix and packaged products)
- Preparation and service of a variety of hot beverages (coffee)
- Preparation of and service of snack/food products
- Collect used glassware and place into glass washer for cleaning
- Exemplary customer service
- Adherence to established Club procedures for security of cash handling
- Maintain workplace hygiene, OH&S and security procedures
- Maintain and ensure security of cash within the main bar area (Keno, cash register)
- Incident reporting (RSA/RSG/OHS) as per established procedures
- General cleaning and replenishing of stock
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Assist fellow staff members when dealing with customer queries or complaints
- Provision of reports to Management relating to incidents with staff or customers for training purposes or to enable dispute resolution
- Adherence to Responsible Service of alcohol in line with Club policy, legislation, and relevant liquor license conditions
- Adherence to Responsible Service of Gambling in line with Club policy and legislation including ‘Your Play’
- Ensure Food Hygiene levels are maintained

Ensure Occupational Health and Safety measures are implemented, and relevant reports are completed as required

Pay: From $26.73 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
