About This Opportunity:
As the Marketing Coordinator supporting The Card Network, you will work with a variety of brands, help develop content for social media, videos, and websites and work with data relevant to marketing analytics. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate looking to grow and develop their career in Marketing. We are looking for an ambitious individual ready to take the next step in their career into the fintech, digital payments and gift card space. **NOTE: This is an in-office position in Richmond, VIC**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and send EDM campaigns (segmentation, automation, A/B testing).
- Manage SEO efforts to improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring timely campaign execution.
- Support day-to-day marketing activities, including paid campaigns and partnerships.
- Assist with promotional planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion trends.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (design, product, customer service).
- Manage relationships with charity partners such as National Breast Cancer Foundation

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing support or coordinator role.
- 2+ years of experience in creating marketing content/collateral for both online and offline channels.
- Proficiency with graphic design, multimedia design, or marketing.
- Sincere interest in business operations, marketing analytics, managing projects, and administrative proficiencies.
