About This Opportunity:
Ready to lead bold social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn? We're looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator in Australia to drive content, manage influencer partnerships, and shape brand engagement. If you're passionate about trends, analytics, and storytelling — this is your chance to make an impact
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule that aligns with campaign calendars and brand messaging.
- Source and manage influencer partnerships, from briefing through to content delivery and performance tracking.
- Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Report on social media performance, using analytics to identify insights and optimise content.
- Track progress against KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and influencer ROI.
- Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform ongoing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Pursing Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Experience with graphic design, multimedia design, or marketing.
- Experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Sincere interest in business operations, marketing analytics, managing projects, and administrative tasks

- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate new and creative ideas for marketing materials.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Brand Awareness: Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
