**About the Company**

Our client is one of Australia's leading financial advisory firms. They pride themselves on excellence on the outside and inside of their operations and are looking for a polished and professional Marketing professional to support their Marketing Director with their continued growth.

**About the Role**

Working closely with the Marketing Director & Investor Relations Manager, this role is integral to the smooth running of internal and external communications, event management and stakeholder engagement. For a passionate and proactive individual who is looking to continue to develop their skills in this space this is a great opportunity to learn off some of the best in the professional services industry and progress your career.

This role is Monday-Friday, 4 days in office and 1 from home per week.

**Duties**

Some of your main duties will include:

- Event management, post event evaluation and reporting
- Work with the Investment Relations Manager to build insights on customer & target markets, execute investor fund reporting and coordinate webinars for releases
- Assist with lead management and pipeline administration in the CRM (Hubspot)

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar Marketing/Communications Coordinator or Administrator role - **1 year minimum**:

- Previous experience in the professional services industry
- Have a professional, polished and proactive approach
