$65,000 - negotiable, depending on experience

Full Time

Right at Home Brisbane, is looking for an experienced client intake officer to join our team.

As our intake officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential new clients, determining their eligibility for services and obtaining accurate information for client profiles and organisation records.

**About the Role**
- Onboarding new clients-based company standards and required services.
- Organising client information and profiles
- Liaising with senior staff to ensure correct services for the client.
- Understanding of funding restrictions.
- NDIS/My Aged Care legislation and framework.
- Promote company values.
- Determine the eligibility organisations services.
- Meeting new potential clients
- Ability to respond to complex client needs during onboarding process.
- Company car and phone.

**Requirements**:

- High level of Microsoft office skill.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Aged & Disability Care experience.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Understanding of NDIS/My Aged Care legislation
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Open Drivers Licence
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Card (P)
- Australian Criminal History Check
- Cert in relevant field (preferred but not necessary)
