New opportunity to work close to home on the beautiful Central Coast
We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the I-Med Contact Centre Team located at the Erina, NSW clinic. As part of the Contact Centre team, you will play a crucial role in helping people with booking in for medical scans, supporting them through their medical journey.
The Contact Centre working hours are from 7:45am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday. Your shift will be scheduled between these hours.
**Our ideal team members will have**:
- Effective communication skills, both in speaking and listening
- Patience and an aspiration to help people in varying medical situations
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and multi-task between different systems while actively listening
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Call Centre experience is preferred, but not essential
- As a team player, you will be determined to succeed in achieving your KPI's and your strong work ethic will be highly valued.
- Value regular feedback as a vital part of your development
- Adaptability to evolving changes in workflow
