Lendlease have an exciting opportunity based at our Erina Fair shopping centre. We are looking for a Customer Service Desk Officer to join the Centre Management Team. You will be working on a casual basis with varying shifts that will include weekends.

The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role acts as a key liaison between Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers, including both our shoppers & retailers.

You will be an exceptional communicator who has strong customer service skills. You will be the first point of contact for most of our Customers at the Customer Service desk, with a wide range of ad-hoc duties encompassing mobility hire and gift card sales, along with administrative duties and assisting with Marketing events.

To be successful in this role, you will have broad knowledge of customer service principles and a positive and proactive nature. Specific knowledge within retail, marketing or administration is not essential but is desirable. You will also demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
