We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified **Homecare Support Worker **to join our team in a **part-time capacity (required for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm).**

Our Home Care Workers provide quality care to our clients living in Buckland’s Retirement Village as well as to the lower Blue Mountains’ community. You will assist people to live independently in their own home. You will be expected to provide support which includes but not limited to:
**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing social support to clients
- Personal Care
- Transportation: Driving clients to medical appointment, grocery shopping, social or community events
- Domestic Assistance: Assisting with housekeeping and meal preparation

**We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience**:

- Hold a Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
- Experience working within the Aged Care Sector (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience delivering Home Care to clients
- Full driver’s license and a reliable car with comprehensive insurance
- Be someone who strives for excellence, and high levels of achievement
- Able to take direction
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
- Be proactive, flexible and willing to show initiative
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in caring for others
