As a Care Worker with us, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Deliver customized care services to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, transportation, and personal hygiene support, all while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families, providing them with much-needed companionship and emotional support.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household duties.

To be eligible for this role, you should have:

- At least one year of experience in the care industry, with a Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A valid police check, working with children check (NSW), or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), and a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
- A valid First Aid Certificate and comprehensive insurance if you plan to transport clients.
- A driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $38.08 per hour
