**The role**
The Maintenance Analytics Officer is a key member of the Maintenance and Optimisation Team that ensures compliance to Gippsland Water’s contractual obligations, monitors maintenance service delivery and confirms data quality assurance processes are achieved. The role will coordinate compliance activities, investigate issues and assist with providing solutions through reporting and decision making.
**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in contracts analytics to identify and reduce cost leakage and create efficiencies.
- Initiative and personal judgement to prioritise work, meet deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to successfully perform the responsibilities of this role.
- An ability to work collaboratively with service providers and key stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets and objectives are achieved.
- Skills to identify and modify processes and manage change initiatives.
