**The role**

The Records Management Officer is responsible for managing the organisation’s Electronic Data Records Management System (EDRMS), ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance in record-keeping practices. The position focuses on enhancing proficiency in information management security standards and compliance with relevant Victorian records and privacy regulations.

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven operational Records Management experience.
- Experience in information security and compliance.
- Working knowledge of relevant records legislation, standards and statutory processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
